The location is excellent - directly across from St. Nikolas Church - with a fabulous view of the church and the castle. The staff were amazing! They held our bags for us since we arrived before check in, and even placed them in our room when our room became available. Their attention to detail and kindness were much appreciated!

Firstly the staff is superb. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Suite had everything we needed and they even gave us free upgrade which is massively appreciated. Location is fab and accessible to anything you need for a short or long stay. Our room had a view that was mesmerising. 100% recommend this property and would ❤️ to come back again. Already bumped it in my friends’ stay list :)

Amazing experience. We booked the Presidential suite for 6 people and we couldn't be more happy. The building is beautiful, with many paintings and some statues, and the apartments continue the style. Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, a dining table, a living room, and it had washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms were cleaned every day, and they even turned on the dishwasher for us. The location is excellent, in the middle of everything. About the noise, we were in the 3rd floor and there wasn't so much noise. Nothing unbearable. With the windows closed there's absolutely no noise. But the best of all was all the staff. Tereza, Zdenek and the cleaning staff were all wonderful and friendly. They even had a small gift for us when they found out one of us was turning 60! When we go back to Prague, we will book again an apartment in Malostranska Residence!

Location. Location. Location. Trams right cross the street, Great view overlooking the St Nicholas cathedral, castle hill and the square, Good restaurants alongside the square. Easily walkable to old town, Quiet, Lots of light, Elevator. Friendly, responsive and informative staff. Every one of them was knowledgeable and courteous. Made us feel welcome. Large apartment with refrigerator, stovetop, coffeemaker, etc. Comfortable firm bed. Washing machine. Jacuzzi! (Feels good after a long day of sightseeing)

Stayed at Malostranská Residence for 5 days in the penthouse. All of the receptionists were polite and very helpful. The place is beautiful and clean with cleaning staff attending daily . They helped us with the dishes , took the trash out, and even refilled the laundry detergent . The place resides in the middle of a busy square and the Charles Bridge, but never heard any noise in our penthouse . We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back :) Thanks to all the staff for making such a pleasant stay for us !

It was gorgeous, with amazing views, tall ceilings and huge wooden doors. The location could not be better - walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect stay.

The room we stayed at was so lovely. The location of the hotel is so convenient for everything. Tourist attractions are within walking distance. Close to loads of restaurants and cafes and shops. Public transport is right in front of the hotel. VERY LOVELY AND FRIENDLY STAFF. Shout out to Zuzana for being so kind to us. It was my partner’s birthday and when we got to our room, there was a bottle of prosseco and a sweet note of birthday greeting and wishes. We loved the attention to details and the extra thoughtfulness. Best value and definitely worth it. We will definitely book this hotel when we go back in Prague.

Excellent location. Tram and buses at doorstep. Use the PID Litacka app for public transport, very easy to use and navigate. Grocery Bio Supermarket within 3 minutes walking. Double glazed windows to quieten the hustle of the Square. Room with view facing Prague Castle. Excellent bed, kitchen appliances sufficient to make own meals. Must go to fresh fruits, vegetables and bakery market every Thursday. Enjoy your daily walks at Waldstein Gardens. Most importantly, huge appreciation to the staff for their graciousness and hospitality. Thank you for looking after us. We will definitely be back.

Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent, just around the corner from Charles Bridge so you can walk to the busier old town. Plenty of good restaurants nearby to choose from aswell. Our room was fine, had all we needed in it, not much of a view as it basically overlooked another building but really not a problem as we were out most of the time anyway. Room had a great kitchen area, clean and good size bathroom and bedroom.
